These Terms govern your use of ClearLord (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
- No uploading of malware or content you don't have rights to.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions & billing
- Free plan is available with the limits described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD.
- You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; changes apply to your next renewal.
Your data
You own the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No professional advice
ClearLord provides software tools. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for those matters.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARLORD IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
