What happens after I sign up?
You land in ClearLord with your first property, no credit card required. You only see the upgrade prompt when you hit the free-plan limits.
How does rent tracking work today?
ClearLord is a rent tracking and expense system — you record payments as they come in and ClearLord keeps every tenant ledger, dashboard, and report in sync. Online tenant payments are on the roadmap and not part of this version.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. Switch in your Stripe billing portal from Settings → Manage subscription. The change is pro-rated.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current period, then drop to the free plan. Nothing gets deleted.
