What happens after I sign up?
You answer a few quick questions, start your 3-day free trial, and go straight into guided portfolio setup. Cancel before the 3 days are up and you are never charged.
Is there a free plan?
No — ClearLord is a paid product with a 3-day free trial. There is no indefinite free tier. If your trial or subscription ends, your data stays intact and exportable, and everything comes back the moment you restart a plan.
How does rent tracking work today?
ClearLord is a rent tracking and expense system — you record payments as they come in and ClearLord keeps every tenant ledger, dashboard, and report in sync. Online tenant payments are on the roadmap and not part of this version.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes. Switch in your Stripe billing portal from Settings → Manage subscription. The change is pro-rated.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep full access until the end of the current period, then the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing gets deleted, and CSV export stays available.
